What Will It Take?

Stripping away rights, under a social and moral pretext.

Dissolving a union made for the sole purpose of expressing devotion to another.

When will you fight?

When will you look beyond difference?

When can you put aside the silly little things that bother you so badly about another, to stand up for them?

Under the guise of religion “of love”, you have been fooled.

You quote scripture yet when will you practice what you preach?

When the faceless masses go after you?  Or your child?

What will it take?

Are you offended?

Okay, I am taking a quasi unpopular stance right this second.  This article I found bugs me.  In the sense that I really am afraid now for humanity.  It’s title?  “How to Recognize Fat Discrimination”, okay now.  Take a deep breath here.

Discrimination?!  Seriously?!

I am sick and tired of this “discrimination” bunk being thrown about EVERYWHERE.  Have you ever seen a 180 pound toddler?  I have, it was absolutely horrifying.

I also request that someone makes something make sense to me.  I’m taller but skinny as all heck.  Why is it okay for people to call me bulimic or anorexic?  If I call someone the title above I’m a bitch.  A horrible troll, who is >excuse here<.  My body burns up anything I give it quick.  I eat healthy most of the time, and genetics.  That is perfectly kosher to make fun of though?  If I call someone Fatty Fat I get sued?!

If I say anything negative I’m being discriminatory now.  I’ve seen this bs being tossed about as if it were confetti.  If you think I am being discriminatory, bug off.  Please.  Go crawl into to some hugbox somewhere and cry.  Oh that’s right, this is America.  The land of opportunity suing.  Let me let you in on something, that’s it lean in.  It’s not discrimination, and money isn’t going to make everything better.  You won’t lose any weight, unless you count the loss of self respect and others respect for you poundage lost.

See those people in that picture up there?  Yeah, what they go through is discrimination.  They weren’t allowed to marry, love each other, or garnish their affections legally until the last few years.  They could have been imprisoned. Killed.  Or some other horrible fate.

Or read this. The crime?  She a woman who cheated on her spouse.  She was stoned to death.  Buried and stoned to death.

You know what?  As soon as you can be killed, or looked at as “less of a person” due to the fact you collectively outweigh the rest of the “civilized world” then you can cry discrimination.  When these statistics change, you can cry discrimination.  Until then, face it.  You are the majority.  Crying discrimination because you got made fun of, someone was just a bit ‘ole meanie head so they need to get sued.

Surprise, surprise the bailout passed at the 11th hour.  I guess my original thought was right.  I’ll be damned.  Way to go illegal bills!  No matter, myself and quite a few people I’ve noticed are prepared for thing kind of bull anyway.  Sadly, this is pretty obviously setting a preset now for things to come, quite sickening to be honest.

Am I actually surprised here?  Not one bit.

To be perfectly frank, I think there is more economic fallout on the horizon, With the DOW and the rest (at this very second it’s: Dow -369.88-3.58%, although yesterdays drop was far more “interesting”.  As for me, my funds have long since been liquidated, quite a bit ago too.  Am I recommending that? Not at all, I don’t do the recommendations thing.

I pulled out when this all started.  All my stocks, thanfully did good while I had them. 

They all bit it the next day.

For me this is all more a mere fascination piece.  I’m well aware for a decent portion of the world this is all anything but. 

For the everyday guy/ girl?  The one who (hehe) isn’t a Wall St. tycoon?  Your going to be fine more than likely.
