There are now some seriously pissed off people. No, not due to the fact that Obama won, or even some race relations type thing. Nope, none of that.
They have nothing to complain about now. Nothing.
Bush is going out, Republicans lost control already of the Congress, what the hell is an angry lib going to complain about now?
Okay, okay I am a lib. I do bitch, but it’s not because I’m lib.
That is sheer coincidence. I also think, you know, things suck.
Although curiosity begs this question:
Can people finally get over themselves? No more insane people making us foam at the mouth over things like Don Imus? Please?
Or am I hoping too much here?
Have you read the Audacity of Hope? I have it, I’ve gotta admit His writing is as engaging as his speeches. He’s absolutely brilliant. The best thing though? Other than we can say soon that a chick pea doesn’t outsmart our prez?
He is a get this (but I have to warn you- MASSIVE IRONY AHEAD)-
An Superb (IRONY last warning!) Constitutional Lawyer. So you know, he knows it’s not “just a piece of paper”. Still with me? Doing okay from that? Okay good.
Oh and yes I have in this post and more brought back my wonderful sarcasm.
Yay.

I’m Not Sure Which is Worse Hollywood or Politics

- Ashley Todd, for McCain ‘08.
Also a shirt.
I’m leaning towards politics.
I’m posting this merely out of general disgust, after being generally annoyed with it all I decided to post this here.
This is no where near what I typically post, for that I apologize.
I’ll make it up with a better post later.

I’m not in any way shape or form coming out with support of either candidate. McCain (I hope, that would be political suicide.) Had nothing to do with this nutjob. The irony of which, in her support she could very well have cost him everything.
I’m not going into the actual story there’s plenty of that already. Instead, I pose a single question.
What the hell is wrong with people?

The House Voted No.
I’m in shock right now. Pure shock.
WASHINGTON – The House on Monday defeated a $700 billion emergency rescue for the nation’s financial system, ignoring urgent warnings from President Bush and congressional leaders of both parties that the economy could nosedive into recession without it.
Not much to say, but maybe admit- I’m happy to be wrong.
Mark it down folks- September 29, 2008 – The House did something good and FOR the people. Reading my posts from earlier will attest, I didn’t expect it at all.
If this isn’t asking to much or thinking a little to far ahead- Can we also dissolve the Patriot Act and bring back the rest of By the people and for the people?
Now, expect a few bankers to be going on some perma trips, with a healthy side of political discourse, drama, fear, and god knows what else. (You know, the usual M.O. when politicians want their pockets lined, the ones for the bill at least.)
To the rest,
Thank you from an American.
To citizens- be prepared for the fallout. At least we don’t have to pay these bastards.
We will hopefully learn from this mess.

TRex Gate
(Go me, I finally coined a -gate term!)
In are you for real now news this struck me a absofrikkensterical*-
Dinosaurs, People, Creationism and Palin Oh my! *almost* as funny as The Infamous Russia Comment. *almost*
*That is until I realized this bat-shit insane thinker ( mandatory lol) could be in charge of the country/ nuke codes/ lord know what else.
Let me get this right, the world is 6,000 years old now? Oh? Really? You want to teach this to kids? Oh? Really? Howzabout no, and not just no, a big steaming pile of Oh Hell No. Are you serious?
Now, you more than like think that I’m just “bashing her” due to my staunch support of Obama. No. I don’t like any of these people. I’d really rather not have to make a choice of the lesser of two evils (don’t even suggest I vote for an independent, they haven’t exactly shown themselves to be exactly a good ticket).
Creationist (giggle) Theory (giggle) in and of itself is something I read as if I’m reading oh I don’t know how about Cracked? To get a damn good laugh. The difference, Cracked writes stuff that makes a better point and most of it is a hell of a lot more believable and logical.
